We provide the freshest ingredients to assure you that your Catered event is a success and leaves you worry free while you enjoy your family and guests.
OUR SERVICES
DELIVERY and SET-UP SERVICE:
We can deliver your favorite Tex-Mex Fajita’s or Italian Food to your Residence, Place of Business or wherever you may be hosting your next function or event. All orders include paper foam plates and bowls, packaged utensil, plastic serving utensils and tongs. (Comes with plastic fork, spoon, knife, napkin, salt and pepper packets)
Delivery service is a Minimum Order of $150.00 (Any orders under $150.00 can be picked up at any of our Restaurant locations
- $25 Delivery Charge Outside the Loop
- $50 Delivery Charge Outside the Beltway
- $75 Delivery Charge Outside Houston
- $50 Set-Up Fee, includes disposable chaffing dishes
- $25 Disposable Chaffing dishes with out set-up
(Gratuity is not included on the Catering Agreement for Delivery and Set-up Service, but we do ask our Family and Friends to rate their service at the end of service.)
FULL CATERING SERVICES:
(Stainless Steal Chaffing Dishes, Serving Utensils, Paper Foam Plates and Packaged Utensils for service of food; Does not include glass ware, china ware or silver ware. See Pricing Below for table and linen costs)
- $500 Minimum for Full Catering Service
- $15 Per Buffet Table and Linen
- $125 per server (minimum of 5 hours service begins at time of Picking up Food and Returning to Establishment. Any service provided after the 5 hour minimum charge of $25)
- $100 Handling fee for any China ware, Silver ware, glass ware or Margarita Machine rentals.
BARTENDING SERVICES:
Our bartenders can serve our El Tiempo Signature Margaritas (Frozen or On the Rocks), a variety of Imported and Domestic Beers, Wine and Mixed Cocktails (SEE MENU BELOW FOR BEER AND WINE ITEMS)
(all bartending catering must be scheduled and confirmed 3 days in advance in order to obtain a TABC permit)
- $125 per Bartender (minimum of 5 hours)
- $99.99 Margarita Machine Rental Fee
DELIVERY AND SET-UP FOR YOUR CATERING
- All Delivery and Set-Up Catering must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to the date requesting service.
- All Full Service catering must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance to the date requesting service.
- Weekend and Holidays must be confirmed 72 hours in advance to the date requesting service.
- Any changes to the party should be allowed at least 24 hours in advance to the date requesting service.
- All Catering Proposals and Agreements will receive an email or fax of the agreement within 40 minutes of your order being placed.
- Form of Payment is required along with your full name and signature in order to confirm and schedule your catering event or function.
- We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- To receive billing services for your place of business requires a Billing contract inquire within.
